By accessing or using the Aroovia platform (website or mobile application), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. This policy is intended to govern how users interact with the platform to ensure the protection of all parties and the proper operation of services.

Permitted Use

Use the platform to list or book properties in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Provide accurate and complete information when registering, listing properties, or making bookings.

Comply with booking terms set by the Host as well as Aroovia’s general terms.

Use the platform for personal, lawful purposes only, and not for unauthorized commercial activities.

Prohibited Activities

Posting inaccurate, misleading, or unauthorized property information or images.

Using booked properties for unlawful or unauthorized purposes such as parties, vandalism, or other violations.

Attempting unauthorized access to the platform’s systems or tampering with its data or payment gateways.

Creating fake accounts, impersonating others, or using another user’s account without consent.

Uploading or sharing offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content.

Circumventing the booking system by arranging direct communication between Guests and Hosts outside the platform.

User Responsibilities

Hosts are fully responsible for the accuracy of property information, authenticity of images, and the safety and usability of the property.

Guests are responsible for complying with booking conditions and proper use of the property, including the maximum allowed number of occupants.

Each user bears full legal responsibility for any content uploaded or shared on the platform.

In the event of a dispute between Guest and Host, both parties agree to refer the matter to Aroovia’s Complaint Center as the primary authority.

Aroovia’s Rights

Aroovia reserves the right to remove or modify any content that violates this policy without prior notice.

Aroovia may suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these terms or poses a security risk.

Aroovia has the right to take any legal action deemed necessary against users who misuse the platform.

Aroovia reserves the right to update these Terms of Use periodically, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

General Commitments

Users must refrain from any behavior that may damage the reputation of Aroovia, its partners, or its clients.

Any violation of these Terms of Use may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the account, in addition to any legal liabilities under Saudi law.
